An exciting December with two new stores soft opening. Nikkos Cheesecake is the first in Asiatown / H-town focusing on making Japanese styled jiggly and fluffy cheesecake using the best local ingredients. Try it fresh; and try it next day after refrigeration. The texture will magically change. I personally like it chilled, with more elegant flavors the next morning.
Three Uncles Toast also opens mid-December. It is a trendy Chinese franchise specializing on buttery toasts with many flavors. Try it fresh; and try it the next day after toasting in oven / air-fryer.
Two more stores are expecting to open coming week: Kyramen and Artisan360. Stay tuned. More exciting opening in C-town and H-town!
As with all new store opening, the first couple weeks could be “choppy”. Nikkos for example sold out daily, and is trying to keep up with market demand.
