D2: THE Asian Destination in Houston
Well-known and iconic, Diho Square was one of the two shopping centers that created the new Asiatown in Houston in 1980s. It houses Welcome Supermarket, a mega-sized grocery with a sizeable live seafood area, butcher department, BBQ and hot food sections. Easily accessible and with ~500 storefront parking spaces, Diho Square offers unparalleled convenience.
In 2020, Diho Square completed a large-scale renovation, introducing new lifestyle elements, redesigned spaces, and fresh retail and dining concepts. The logo and branding were refreshed, and the center can now simply be referred to as D2, “D-Square” or “D-Two.” This new identity invites every generation and background in Houston to experience Asian food, culture, and everyday shopping in one destination.
Diho Square offers an immersive journey across Asia in a single Houston shopping center. Step into Kyuramen and feel transported to a Japanese village; escape into a posh Vietnamese dessert sanctuary at Artisan 360; be surrounded by contemporary K-pop energy at Honey Pig; push open the wooden doors of an upscale Japanese shabu restaurant serving premium wagyu and live abalone from Jeju Island; breathe in the aroma of freshly baked pastries at the largest Paris Baguette in the U.S.
