A packed evening, with Yelpers and food lovers warming up Kuen Noodle House.  A food explorers’ evening sampling Kuen Noodle House’s various appetizers, followed by savoring freshly hand-pulled noodles.

Luis and Cathy kicked off Asian Foodcation, a community scavenger hunt aims at promoting Houston Asiatown’s restaurants while having fun.

Sam welcomed the guests to Kuen Noodle House.  Asiatown started off with 4 hand-pulled noodle house, now they are the only one.  It has been tough several years.  Sam thank the guests for supporting Kuen along the way.

Great food, engaging conversations, amazing crowds, followed by lucky draws. Photo booth station was put up and lots of fun pictures taken. Due to privacy considerations, only select lucky draw winners’ photos and organizers’ photos were posted here.

Last but not least, a great event required detailed planning and behind-the-scene work.  Thanks to Luis Chen for leading and doing majority of the work.  And thanks to other organizers/sponors – Alice Lee with Southwest Management District (lucky draw sponsor), Cathy Podell with Houston Asiatown Tours (lucky draw sponsor), the team at Kuen Noodle House, D-Square Shopping Center (lucky draw, food and gift set sponsors), and Kenneth Li, Chairman of Southwest Management District (wines and beers sponsor).
