After months of arduous work, we passed all inspections on the Phase 2 building! So many service providers involved in our journey: new storefront, new TPO roof, 5,000 gallon centralized grease trap, enlarged main water line, new sewer lines, steel and concrete works and more.
Grateful of the partners we have. Great team accomplishes more than set vision; and success tastes sweeter after so many macro-economic challenges (inflation, supply challenges, City of Houston backlog…..).
