In an efforts to support local businesses, and to promote Asian culture through Asian inspired cuisine, the Asian Chamber of Commerce (ACC) has created the first Asian Restaurant Month, featuring 100+ local restaurants. From Memorial Day weekend through to July 4th, ACC will host various programs.
A kick-off reception took place at Chinese Community Center this past Tues May 21st. The City of Houston declared June to be the “Asian Restaurant Month” and a proclamation certificate was presented.
D-Square shopping center works closely with ACC to help promote Asian awareness and appreciation of Asian cuisines. All of D-Square shopping center’s restaurants and cafes will be participating in the Asian Restaurant Month: Bubble Egg, Dim Sum King, Go Go Ice, Hokkaido Japanese, Honey Pig Korean BBQ, Hong Kong Cafe, Hunan Plus, Kuen Noodle House, Ma Lu Bian Bian Skewer Hot Pot, My Steak House, Pine Forest Vegetarian, Shanghai Cuisine, Tapioca House, Tasty Point, and Twinkle.
