MaLuBianBian 马路边边火锅 — A super trendy, popular, cult-level “skewer” hot pot franchise from Sichuan that has over 1,000 restaurants globally (including LA and NY). It serves authentic hot pot, with ingredients placed on skewers (hygenic, easy, trendy, fun). Its spicy soup base is made with 19 different herbs, super flavorful. Interior decoration is reminiscent of pop street stalls and city life in Chengdu. Trendy ambience that will make you feel like you are in Asia once you step inside.
