Dr Samuel Chen specializes in internal medicine. Affiliation with Baylor St Lukes Medical Center and Memorial Hermann Southwest Hospital. Dr. Chen graduated from the Chung Shan Medical and Dental College in Taiwan in 1982 and did his residency at UT Houston in 1996.
