Paik’s Noodle is founded in 2006 by Korean’s celebrity chef Baek Jong-Won (the Gordom Ramsey equivalent in Korea) who was invited to host many cooking TV shows including Netflix’s series Paik’s Spirits (2021) and Jjiajangmyeon Rhapsody (2024).
With over 300 location globally, Paik’s Noodles is known worldwide for its JjaJangMyeon, black bean stir-fried noodles. Cooked over huge flame, this “Wok Hei” or the breath or the energy of the wok gives the luscious noodle extra flavor, depth, and complexity.
Other favorites include JJampong (spicy noodle soup with pork and mussel), cream shrimps, and sweet and sour pork.
