“Revamped Diho shopping center offers authentic feel and trendy eats”

ABC 13 featured Diho Square’s recent transformation in its Localish story.   Took place in 2020 during the pandemic, this is the third and the most holistic renovation since the 1980s.  In addition to structural modernization, space redesign, lifestyle elements addition, Diho Square was also rebranded to D-Square (D2).

D2 offers a balanced mix of authentic Asian cuisines and trendy eats.   While the authentic is quite down-to-earth in terms of ambiance and focus, the trendy eats transport visitors to a different part of Asia.   Open the door of Kyuramen and you will find yourself in a Japanese village.  Enter Honey Pig and discover yourself in a S Korea setting with K-pop vibes;  Walk into a artsy Chinese quarter, smell the flavorful hotpot via MaLuBianBian; Escape to a posh Vietnamese sanctuary via Artisan 360… and more.

Nikko’s Cheesecake is also highlighted as the success story of local entrepreneurs.  Where there is a will, there is a way.
