Kuen Noodle and D-Square are being featured in Asia Society’s 2021 Lunar New Year Program.
Noodle is an important staple food, yet interestingly have different meanings across Asia. In Chinese, “La-Mein” means pulling noodles, is a verb. In Japanese, “Ramen” means noodles is a noun.
Noodle is also THE dish that is eaten for birthdays, new years (symbolizes longevity) and when VIP guests are in town (symbolizes honor).
Every bowl of noodle served at Kuen Noodle House is freshly pulled and made. The noodle can be cut and customized to taste of each customer. Kuen Noodle House also has a robot chef that can cut every piece to the same consistency.
