Junbi’s signature difference: every drink is hand-whisked to order with a traditional bamboo chasen, using ceremonial-grade matcha sourced from vetted farms in Japan. No powder-and-shaker shortcuts — just the traditional method, done right, in every cup.
The menu backs it up: strawberry matcha, yuzu dragon fruit matcha, and rotating seasonal drinks, served in a café space built for lingering, not rushing.
