To protect the privacy of our tenants and visitors, footage may only be released to:

• Authorized law enforcement officers conducting an official investigation

• Verified insurance representatives with appropriate documentation

This policy helps safeguard sensitive information and ensures that all requests are handled responsibly.

How to Request Security Footage

If you need to request surveillance footage, please follow these steps:

• For Law Enforcement Requests:

  • The investigating HPD officer should contact Zaladium Analytics directly with the case number and details.

  • Zaladium Analytics has established protocols for secure evidence transfer with HPD.  In fact, Zaladium Analytics have assisted HPD in solving hundreds of crimes and criminal cases.

• For Insurance Claims:

  • The insurance adjuster or investigator should contact Zaladium Analytics directly with the claim number and details.

D2 Shopping Center do not interfere with law enforcement and/or insurance investigation.  We have an established procedures in place to assist and ensure that criminals do get rightfully prosecuted.
