Shopping centers were traditionally about shopping; now it is about relevance, experience, and convenience.
The new facade design (pictures above) incorporates our vision for the coming years: While continuing to bring the best of Asia to Houston, D-Square Shopping Center will incorporate contemporary design and lifestyle elements to be the trendy hangout haven.
Renovation started in Feb 2020. Every month, we put together a video documenting the progress. Compare our progress against the above design concept. We have gone above and beyond on the lifestyle element.
Due to Covid and factory shutdown, there are delay on custom made parts, specifically our icon tower and the sky-light. Thanks to our builders and team who installed the final custom pieces right before Thanksgiving. Last but not least, we have to thank our tenants and visitors for all the patience and understanding!
